Renaissance

Renaissance! The word aptly chosen and Arichuvadi has executed what it literally defines! For your information, I declare RENAISSANCEas the second successful knowledge management program after Eternal Knowledge Quest which we did in 29-SEP-2007. This is a snapshot that captures how we achieved Renaissance!

The name, explains all happened. The spot was Neelan Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Needamangalam and the slot was 9.30 AM to 1 PM on 09 October, 2009. Headed by our Managing Director Mr. N.R.Saravanan, our team had designed a corporate strategy, aimed at a refined instructive program and exhibited quality bits at each and every state of affairs. For a bit to put, the students helped themselves with the stationeries provided by Arichuvadi at the venue.

The seminar address given by Our Guest Mr. N. Bharathi Raja B.E, Technology Lead, Infosys Technologies, Chennai fastened nearly 500 students from about 10 schools. He had effortlessly driven the participants to the roadmap of building Listening and Questioning Skills, Improvisation, Career building, Skills for Job Seekers and Opportunities across the world. He concluded his speech with a lively interactive session with the gathering.

His speech was followed by, Mr. L. S. Jararaj, Coordinator, Tamilnadu Thannambikkai Vattam who motivated the students and showered energy into the entire crowd. The program was felicitated by Mr. N. Krishnan, Founder, Akshya Trust, Madurai and presided by Mr. N .Asokan, Secretary of Neelan Matriculation Hr. Sec School and also the President of the Tamilnadu Thannambikkai Vattam.  Being a working day, the team has to really work hard to take the initiative to the desks of Administrators of the schools around, convince them, get the students to the venue and maintain the tight time slot. I had easily penned in two lines but it took nearly 2 hard weeks to make the arrangements. Arichuvadi extends it?s warm Thanks to our Action Team headed by Mr. N. R. Periyannan. The effort taken by Mr. N. Asokan, secretary of Neelan Matriculation Hr.sec School is commendable, without him this would not have been possible. Arichuvadi bestows it?s warm Thanks to him.

The well coordinated team effort shined in all the prospects. To conclude I put up the mix of feelings that prevailed among the gathering. First to put is the warmth of the seniors, who wants us to surge ahead and reach the skies. Then the response of the attendees that was so encouraging and motivated us to present this in a wide and vivid picture. Finally the pride that our moves have strong roots and our stout stem started flowering.
